Accenture promotes Nikita Singhania to a managerial post for her toxic traits and manipulative skills
While the whole country is demanding the dismissal of late Atul Subhash’s wife, Nikita Singhania, Accenture has instead promoted her to a managerial position, impressed by her toxic traits and manipulative skills. Speaking to The Fauxy, an Accenture spokesperson said, “Not only does she possess the toxic traits and manipulation skills required for a managerial role, but she will also be able to extract every last bit of effort from employees, just as she did with her husband. If any employee takes legal action against the company, she already knows how to handle it, thereby saving the company’s legal expenses.” Other toxic companies, like EY and Infosys, are also offering Nikita three to four times her salary to join their organizations, making her one of the most sought-after employees in corporate India.
