On Monday, at around 10:10, Mumbai suburbs witnessed a power cut due to grid failure. Social media got flooded with the news and jokes of a power cut, giving another chance to Mumbaikars to show their Mumbai spirit. Mumbaikars didn’t disappoint and decided to keep the power off even after power restoration to show their Mumbai Spirit. Being another unplanned event of less power consumption the grid failed again. State Discoms and Transmission Units are working to restore the grid.
