Team Gully Boy had a great time at this year’s Filmfare Awards, held in Guwahati on Saturday night. The Zoya Akhtar-directed film garnered all the big awards. In fact the Filmfare association did not stop at that.
Today the Filmfare gave the best audience award to the man who was watching Gully Boy on his mobile in the local train. According to the fauxy, Aman Srivastava had not watched Gully boy in theatres and so he had downloaded the movie and was watching it on his mobile. There are also rumours that the person having Gully Boy wallpaper on his phone was awarded the Filmfare for best fan of 2019.
Gully Boy is creating new categories and now the list has grown exponentially. Alia Bhatt took home the trophy for the Best Actress for her performance in Gully Boy.
Ranveer Singh and Siddhant Chaturvedi won the Best Actor and the Best Supporting Actor award but as per the government report on entertainment, every day someone is winning a Filmfare award for being associated with Gully Boy.
