Big News is coming in from New Delhi where Supreme Court has taken Suo Moto Cognizance against judges who were taking Suo Moto Cognizance of Sandeshkhali incident.
Despite the Supreme Court refusal to consider a plea for direction for a court-monitored probe by the CBI or a special investigation team, certain judges tried to show spine by taking suo moto cognizance of the matter.
The Supreme Court said “How dare you go against Her highness Queen Mamata Banerjee!’‘ while taking the suo moto cognisance against the judges who tried to show their spine.
Another Supreme Court judge told The Fauxy “Our rights stop where Her highness Queen Mamata Banerjee’s right starts”.
