After the cowardly attack on Indian CRPF jawans in the Pulwama district of Jammu & Kashmir, Pakistan has been facing global pressure to mend its ways. The most strict consequences came from the Indian government which imposed stringent economic sanctions on the terror-manufacturing country, thus directly handicapping their economy.
The prices of consumables like potatoes & tomatoes have skyrocketed in Pakistan, which has rattled not only the Pakis but has also stolen the sleep of many on this side of the border. A closed room meeting was conducted with a privy group of Indian liberals, who decided to put aside nationalism and help the enemy state in this hour of need. Reportedly, comedian Kunal Kamra was the first one to volunteer in order to help revive the struggling affairs of Pakistan.
Kunal Kamra, who considers India’s democracy as a joke/parody, has decided to do his bit by mocking India and thereby contributing the proceeds from the act directly to Pakistan’s government. Kunal Kamra has a reputation for “bombing” on stage quite often and therefore makes for a perfect fit to perform for a country like Pakistan, which as we know it is quite renowned for the same thing.
“See even if his jokes are outright unfunny, we still expect a huge turnout of people, who if we are lucky enough, shall carry a comfortable number of tomatoes with them. What if we cannot help Pakistan monetarily? We can always contribute in kind,” said Akash Banerjee, who is himself slated to conduct a show in Pakistan to collect water.
