Fresher Gets a Job at a Senior Position as She Identifies Herself as an Experienced Resource
A woman has become Vice President of Faux International despite having absolutely zero work experience. Chicago-based Carolina on Tuesday, updated her LinkedIn profile and her notification got flooded within minutes. Carolina also made a LinkedIn post about how she managed to get the post of Vice President and how she identifies herself.
“I don’t believe I am unexperienced. It’s more an intellectual and psychological identification as an experienced. If a woman can identify herself as man without having a dick, then why can’t I identify myself as experienced without any experience” Carolina told the The Fauxy.
Faux International has decided to promote more people to identify themselves as they wish and to ensure the same the company has removed over hundred such criteria for various positions.
“We are asking candidates to submit certain things about them but these things will not make any change in their selection and their selection will be purely dependent upon how they identify themselves.” told the senior HR of Faux International to The Fauxy
