Evaded Tax To Reduce The Burden On Income Tax Website To Help People File Their Income Tax Return, Clarifies Sonu Sood

Three days after Income Tax Department conducted raids at premises linked to Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, the income tax department releases its statement which reads that the actor in the name of donation did tax evasion in the tunes of crores and also made bogus bills of crores.

However, this is not the complete story. Actor Sonu Sood has now clarified that his acts of tax evasion and creating bogus bills were only to help people. Speaking to The Fauxy, Sonu Sood said that thousands of people had written to him regarding income tax website not working and Finance Minister not really listening to them and this is when Sonu Sood realised not to overload the already burdened income tax website.

Sonu Sood is now saying that his act of tax evasion should be considered an act of charity and all the cases against him should be dropped with immediate effect otherwise people will think twice before helping others.
