Peta – an international organization working for animal safety is currently in the news again for protesting against the stock market for its bull run since the year 2020.
Speaking to The Fauxy, the official spokesperson of Peta said, “We are ready to go to international court against Indian Stock Market for its animal cruelty act. We have learned that the stock market has a bull run, which is totally against the cause we stand for.”
“Earlier we stood against Jalikattu, a traditional event where bulls are forced to run, this stock market bull run seems no different.” said a Peta volunteer protesting against the market bull run.
Popular Bollywood celebrities, Diya Mriza, Farhan Akhtar, Swara Bhasker were also seen at the protest. Upon being asked, Farhan Akhtar said ” I have come because so many people have come, there must be something against minorities’ ‘.
