Decades of the effort of Police couldn’t do what pandemic and subsequent lockdowns did. Drug Menace in Punjab is never-ending and has only grown with time however, due to pandemic and lockdowns youngsters have struggled to get desired drugs. Youngsters take the drugs majorly through injections.
However, for the first time, the drug menace turned out to be a boon when police caught 23 youngsters taking drug injections and learned that it wasn’t a drug but covid vaccine injections which these youngsters have stolen from a truck.
“The 23 youngsters took this injection mistaking it for a drug as they couldn’t find real drugs anywhere, they were absolutely normal which proved the efficacy and no side effects of the vaccine,” told one of the police personnel to The Fauxy.
