Not happy with their effort to satisfy the customers, True Caller is now going a step ahead. True Caller in its new feature will take the caller to the receiver’s place. In a test of the same feature, True Caller on Saturday, picked a person from Mumbai who was trying to reach his friend in Bangalore and dropped him to Bangalore.
However, the True Caller’s attempt of customer delight turned out to be a case of harassment after the caller clarified that it was drunk dial and he mistakenly pressed some wrong numbers.
True Caller has apologized for going overboard but has not changed its feature of physically connecting the caller with the receiver in case their call fails.
