Mumbai. Zomato had seen many customers complaining of the wrong order being delivered to them. It became a national debate issue when some customers who were delivered non-veg food when they ordered veg. Zomato has taken cognizance of the situation and has started delivering gangajal to all those wrongly served customers.
Zomato has not done anything though to stop faulty deliveries. But it believes that by serving Gangajal it will convert all its wrong deeds into right.
Other companies like Swiggy have also taken this measure as a positive change in the industry where people want to practice more Penance activities. It has still to be seen what companies like Amazon and Flipkart do for the customers who receive detergent cakes in place of new mobiles. May be they can give some clothes free so that the detergent cakes can be used by the customers.
