Panic Among Pakistanis After China Air Drops Tomatoes

Soon after the Pulwama terror attack by Pakistan based militant organisation Jaish-E-Mohammad, India took several tough measures to cut-off financial relations with the nation. The Indian government withdrew the ‘Most Favored Nation’ status from Pakistan and hiked customs duty to 200% on all goods imported from the country.

The scarcity of tomatoes and dates due to Indian sanctions turned into a huge issue in Pakistan leading to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan reaching out to other nations again. However, when China a close supporter of Pakistan tried to meet the tomato demand-supply gap, Pakistan’s entire defence got scared to the core.

On Sunday morning, China air dropped tonnes of tomatoes on Pakistan’s densely populated areas.

Pakistan, who has been living in a constant state of fear after India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi warned them of consequences, mistook the tomatoes for bombs and retaliated by throwing bombs at the aeroplane which was dropping the tomatoes, but to no avail, as all the Pakistani bombs missed the target. Detailed story awaited.
