‘Heart Attack Burger’ is officially the latest to own the bizarre food item in the streets of Delhi. Disturbing as it may sound, the dish has yet to give a heart-attack to its customers.

The heart-attack burger not giving heart-attack to its consumer has become troubling for the street vendor who gave it this name. Reportedly, one of the customers of the street vendor has decided to sue the street vendor as he didn’t get heart-attack after having the heart-attack burger.

The customer has sued the street vendor for Rs 1 Crore, saying that he spent lakhs to get health insurance of 1 Crore just before having the heart-attack burger but not getting heart-attack has made his money go down the drain.

Speaking to The Fauxy, the customer said “It’s an unethical trade practice, I am reaching the Central Consumer Protection Authority to request them to impose a penalty of Rs 10 lakh on the street vendor for a misleading advertisement, which claimed its product gives heart-attack“.
