As breathing in Delhi becomes equivalent to smoking 49 cigarettes a day, ITC has witnessed a significant drop in cigarette sales in Delhi. To compete with Delhi’s air, ITC has decided to launch bigger and stronger cigarettes. The company is also facing a decline in sales in other parts of the country after multiple men were caught smuggling Delhi’s air to nearby states and selling it at a cheaper price than cigarettes. ITC investors are seen doing Yoga in open air to reduce stress leading to further drop in cigarette sales.
