A Ranchi court granted bail to a student after a case was registered when she shared an objectionable post with an allegedly communal content on Facebook, on the condition that she would have to distribute five copies of the religious text Quran.
Chetan Bhagat seems to have taken inspiration from this happening as he made a mockery of his own book from a fake account. Reason for his act was to attract legal proceedings where the judge would order him to distribute the books at various places.
Chetan Bhagat has tried all means and tricks to improve the sale of his books, he has danced at reality shows, become a panelist at news debates, and much more. But he forgot the most important thing that is to write an engaging book. Well, that seems to be still a distant dream but with his latest trick, he is sure that he can spread his books at various locations in the coming days.
It is still not clear whether he has made more than one fake account to post derogatory stuff regarding his books, but with the chances of the judge ordering him to distribute only 5 books for his offense, it is highly likely that he might have created more such accounts.
