Parle-G was in news 2 months back when talks of downswing gathered steam and the company was seriously planning to downsize team. But just this month it announced its yearly profits and it saw an increase of 15% in net profits.
Parle-G has realized its mistake and the senior manager told the fauxy reporters that they had failed to include Parle-G consumed by dogs in their sales figures. According to the reports people prefer to give Parle-G to dogs instead of dog food available in the market. The amount of Parle-G consumed by the dogs in India is much more than that consumed by humans.
Parle-G will employ special employees whose task will be to only count the amount of biscuits eaten by dogs in a year. This way they will arrive upon the real sale value of the biscuit.
